For Ontario repair shops
Turn repair paperwork into a clear path to payment.
Start with a work order or itemized quote. Garage helps you prepare the repair details, send the customer to BoomPay for their private steps, and track what happens next.
Start your account in about two minutes with your garage name, verified business email, and phone. During setup, garages can prepare work-order drafts. Complete Garage account setup before BoomPay can buy a receivable. Each receivable also requires approval.
Have your documents ready
Have these ready before you upload documents for automated reading:
- Business registration or articles of incorporation.
- Current commercial garage insurance.
- Municipal garage licence, if your municipality requires one.
- Account owner’s original, unexpired driver’s licence and a camera for a live selfie.
Take clear photos of every page, or upload existing photos or a PDF for your business records. Submitting a business document starts automated reading. We’ll suggest details for you to review and correct before confirming them.
You can leave and return when your documents are ready.
One path from repair paperwork to payment
-
1
Add the repair paperwork
Upload a work order or itemized quote, then review the repair, vehicle, and customer details.
-
2
Let the customer continue privately
When needed, send the customer to Boost for their private BoomPay steps.
-
3
What happens next
Each work order shows what your garage, the customer, or BoomPay must do next. The customer must authorize the work order before your garage begins the repair. After you finish the work and submit the final invoice, BoomPay can buy the receivable if the required Garage documentation is complete and the receivable is approved. You can finish that documentation within 30 days after the customer authorizes the work order.
Keep the whole repair moving
Prepare drafts while account checks are underway. Keep work orders, quotes, final invoices, and payment status together. Give an employee temporary access when they need to help with a work order.
